In this beautiful and inspirational episode, we learn from God's Holy Scriptures, Philippians 3:7-10, that the Apostle Paul, after his conversion, understood the true value of knowing Christ. He counted all things loss for Christ.
He willingly surrendered everything. He did not hold anything back.
One might ask the question: How do we get to the place in our Christian life where we are willing to give up everything for Christ?
Paul loved, treasured, and valued Christ above everything. His allegiance was solely to Jesus Christ.
Do we love, treasure, and value Jesus Christ more than anyone or anything and desire to please Him?
Are we really sold out for Christ? Do we know what that means to be sold out ,or does it just sound good?
This biblical text teaches us that one of the most esteemed honors and privileges is knowing the Lord personally and experientially.
What does it look like when a Christian is personally connected and involved in a love relationship with Jesus Christ?
We end Part 2 of this biblical series with practical things to do to release everything to the Lordship of Jesus Christ and to draw closer to the Lord like never before.
