Cultivate A Heart of Humility Pt 3

In this clear, beautiful biblical teaching, we learn from God’s Word that we must empty ourselves of everything that hinders us from cultivating a heart of humility.   We must pour out everything in our hearts that would act independently of the Lord and lay it all at the feet of Jesus. 

Jesus is our supreme example and model.  Jesus emptied and divested himself of all the limitless, heavenly treasures to come down to live on Earth.  Jesus took upon Himself human flesh in the form of a bond servant.  He was in total submission to the will of the Father.

We, too, are servants of the Most High God, and called to submit our lives to the will of the Father. We present several questions in this final episode for us to ponder.

Are we submitted to Christ and the authority of God ‘s Word in all we say and do?

Are we doing the Lord’s bidding and fulfilling the desires of the Master?

It will cost us everything to follow Christ. Are we willing to pay the costs?
